The meanings of gldef_c, local_c, and glref_c

These macros are defined in the e32def. h header file, as follows:

The suffixes _ d and _ C are an agreement of the EPOC. _ d refers to the declaration of data.CodeDefinition of code ).

Local_c and local_d are replaced by static.
Glref_c and glref_d are specified as global reference: extern.
Gldef_c and gldef_d specify a global definition ). These two macros do not provide a fixed definition, but they are marked as functions and variables.
