Writing software project documents is really troublesome. You have to follow the framework of the software project book. It is not free at all, but you have to write it down without any means, this is the first time that I write a software project book for software and websites for so long. It is also the first time that I led the group to do things. When I was excited, I still had to calm down and analyze the demand, I used Rose (for the first time) to draw pictures, write documents, and build the website architecture. Although the system is not big, it is still quite challenging for me, because my purpose is: perform a complete requirement analysis and do not make any modifications to the system during the coding process. However, we have found that there are still many deficiencies in the preliminary analysis, and we hope to continuously improve the system.

During the group discussion in January 2, I talked for more than an hour and made my tongue dry. Now, my throat is still a little uncomfortable. Now I feel that it is not easy to be a teacher, no wonder a teacher in high school broke his vocal cords. It is said that the doctor said it was not good ....

I have been thinking about some issues and constantly trying :(
1) How can we beat the enthusiasm of the team and achieve high development efficiency?
2) How can we complete the demand analysis?
