The problems arising from the reading of the Law of construction
Spent a period of time to read the "Construction of the law", I think it learned a lot of knowledge, of course, the contents of the book I also have some do not understand, there are some questions need to answer.
The first question is the one I read from Chapter 2 of this book. According to the book on the evaluation of a software engineer, most of our team are not qualified software engineers, because our personal technology is not well stocked, then what is the more effective way to improve our ability?
The second question is The result of reading Chapter 6. For a Small team of 4 people like us, and the software projects we're going to develop are not particularly complex, can we use agile processes?
The third question is The result of reading Chapter 9. If a team is developing a project that does not require any benefit, does not need to work with other teams, the project manager does not have the technology and the ability to develop the software, then does the project manager not be required?
The fourth question is the one that is produced by the first chapter. In the software development phase should often encounter bottlenecks, such as the problem of writing code, then the whole team sentiment will be affected, in this case change how to deal with?
The fifth question is the one that was produced in chapter VI. We are now really difficult to come up with some innovation, because the technology is too developed, many software has been developed by others, so there is any way to help us to innovate?
This is the five questions I want to ask after reading this book.
