Thinkphp Fast Cache instance in F method

The general use of file-mode caching is sufficient, and thinkphp also provides a fast caching method, specifically for file mode, F method.

Because of the way that PHP is returned, it is more efficient than the S method.
The F method has the following characteristics:
1. simple data cache;
2. Preservation of documents;
3. Load the cache using the PHP return Data mode;
4. Support sub-directory cache and auto-creation;
5. Support Delete cache and bulk delete;
