Django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured:settings. DATABASES is improperly configured. Please supply the ENGINE value. Check Settings documentation for more details.
Look, settings.py, no problem.

The workaround:
Os.environ.setdefault ("Django_settings_module", "mysite.settings")
Note that this is not possible:
From django.conf Import settings
Settings.configure ()

Neither of them is written.
