First, run the "Eclipse.exe" application under directory <e:/myeclipse 6.0/eclipse/>, go to the main interface, then click on the main menu bar: "Help"--"Software Update"-- > "Find and Install", then pop up an interface to select the features you want to install, select the 2nd item (search for new features to install), then click Next to proceed to the next step.
Then choose the new remote site (new), Pop up a dialog box, there are two items, the first is to have you name, casually up, called Language bar, 2nd is a URL, fill in: http://download.eclipse.org/ technology/babel/update-site/r0.8.1/europa/(the Eclipse Web site prompts you not to find this URL, it will prompt another URL)

Update a period of time, then will pop up a language pack list box (language Pack), a total of 29 language packs, we do not need to download all, just download "Simple Chinese" the language pack on the line, select OK, click Next, continue to download the update. Finally, a dialog will pop up, allowing you to select the installation path, by default (E:/myeclipse 6.0/eclipse), click "Finish". After downloading, you will be prompted to install, then click "Install all" on the line. After installation, you are prompted to close myelicpse, confirm.
