Ubuntu on MX4 not even on ADB's problem solving

First, Ubuntu environment
1. Create or modify the file ~/.android/adb_usb.ini, add a line at the beginning or end of the file, and the content is 0x2a45.

2. Create or modify a file/etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules
2.1 Modifying file permissions:
sudo chmod a+rx/etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules

2.2 Add a line to the file:
subsystem== "USB", attr{idvendor}== "2a45", mode= "0666", group= "Plugdev "

4. Make sure you "Plugdev" in the user group
sudo adduser plugdev

5. Restart the Udev service or restart the PC directly by following the process
sudo service udev restart

6. Check if the ADB device exists
adb kill-server
ADB devices
