1. Install Samba

sudo apt-get install Samba-common smbclient Samba

2. Configuring Samba

sudo vim/etc/samba/smb.conf

[Brian]

Path =/home/brian

Available = yes

browseable = yes

writable = yes

Valid users = Brian ===> Set user

3. Set the password

smbpasswa-a [user name] For example: Smbpasswa-a Brian

New password:[Set your password] new password:123456
: Re-enter again: 123456

4. Restart effective
