How can I delete a line that contains special characters?

You can replace the characters contained in the line with the regular expression replace all command.
To do this, you should first look for the following:

Search:%*your string*^p
To be replaced by: (whatever text)

Second, how should I delete the empty line?

To delete empty lines, you can replace them with regular expressions, like this:

Find out what: ^p$
To be replaced by: (without any text)

This action causes the hard return directly behind the beginning of the line to be replaced with empty content, just like the effect of deleting them.
