• Navmeshobstacle normal
  • Set the obstacle by setting the radius and height, and use it with navmesh.
  • Advantages:
    • Easy to use and efficient
    • Dynamic generation
  • Disadvantages:
    • It may be worn by the main character, but not found at present.
    • Fixed to cylindrical shape

  • Navmesh is automatically updated based on the model shape and size, and navmesh is automatically updated based on the threshold value when moving.
  • Advantages:
    • Dynamic generation. It is in normal mode when it is far away from navmesh, and the navigation grid is dynamically updated when it is close.

  • Disadvantages:
    • For example, if a carve type needs to be updated, frames are dropped from 30 to 28, and the carve type needs to be updated from 30 to 22, on iPad 3.
• Navmeshlayer
  • Multiple layers are set in navmesh to distinguish different obstacles. When the obstacles are damaged, the mavmesh retriable of navmeshagent of the main character sets the corresponding labels.

  • Disadvantages:
    • Tedious production. You need to write a tool to simplify the process.
    • The procedure is as follows:
    • Use a fixed point to generate the corresponding navmeshlayer and adjust the size.
    • Set the corresponding Obstacle
    • When a person destroys an obstacle, the corresponding walkablelayer is updated.
