Upgrade to the level (beginner)

From the decision to training to just one month, I have recorded two courses and recruited 14 trainees. This is a good start.

The biggest benefit for me is that I can wake up consciously. What I wake up every day is not an alarm. After washing, I recorded a video. after breakfast, I went to work. When I came back at night, I basically didn't work. I had to answer questions at most. When I was in a good mood, I continued to learn ukulele. I had a full day. Those who feel that time is not enough should reflect on their reflection. I need to arrange team tasks, write code, record videos, outsource services, and learn ukulele every day. I have spent almost the past four years with multi-thread parallel processing.

Scenario 1

Q: it is a waste of time to write code in a single section ....

A: If you do not write it, it is difficult for you to really understand the architecture process.

Q: How do I feel about this? I hate the person who wrote the code for this project in the first phase. No documentation is available even when the framework is used.

A: Well, no documentation is available for the code I wrote. Do you have any documentation for those open-source projects? There is not much. To be honest, if you want to improve, understanding others' code is the premise.

Q: After being taught, I found someone else's code was slow to understand... Is it because you see less ....

A: As I said, this is an experience. It's just like playing A strange game. It's hard for you to fight in level 5, and it's A second to kill in level 10. You can't beat a level-1 monster because it takes a long time to kill it.

Q: Well, there are several reasons for this. I am not very fond of reading source code and so on. I will study it only when I encounter problems. If you want to solve the problem, you will have a lot of interest at ordinary times and return home to do what you are interested in. But I am eager to improve my technical capabilities .... I have written a bunch of knowledge points to learn, and many of them have no action.

A: The amount of effort is directly proportional to the amount of experience. If you don't spend any time on training, you will never do that.

I don't think any RMB players will come to grab the job of programmers. This circle is basically self-trained. If you want to change your skills, you have to upgrade your skills. Sometimes you need to upgrade your skills. A lot of people like to add one point at the beginning, which is very average. When your level is high, it is still a chicken rib. If you cannot use T, you cannot add Buff, you cannot use nurse, and you say who wants you. What do you think is unfair to all the people in the same period?

Scenario 2

Q: Do you know you are willing to guide beginners? Introduction

A: Don't count on it. Do you understand why I am positioned as a basic programmer rather than a beginner? This is especially because it is too difficult for beginners to teach.

Q: Can this project be used to guide me? Can I study hard for half a year and buy your video now?

A: You haven't graduated yet. Take it easy. Otherwise, you will receive A training course.

Q: If I am not a senior, I have no ideological consciousness... No foresight .. Alas

A: I will report to the training course. The video is only part of it. You still need A tutor to interview you, How to Write your resume, and how to get A high salary.

Q: If I have a difficult project, I still need a tutor interview?

A: That's all you need. Do not be impetuous, young people do what you think should be done. It takes time and time.

Q: I don't know the pain points of my graduation from a university like you... Please do not mind

A: young people. I studied physics in college. I learned IT only after I graduated. Don't think you're miserable. Instead of self-seeking troubles, it is better to calm down and do what you should do now. What you should come here will naturally come. You get bored

What is the goal? You can think about how many goals you have when you are about to graduate? Don't you just try to sell yourself? No matter what the price is. When the entry is complete, you have time to consider the target? Who will be willing to guide beginners? Should they all be very busy? They need to bring teams and write core architectures. Do you think they have time? I ask the experts to make appointments for recording courses for me! Why am I reluctant to provide guidance? Bringing a beginner is very costly, just like training an intern in a company. Why are my target students only 1-3 years of work experience? Because they all have the foundation, they only need to perform intensive training. It is equivalent to strengthening a 5-6 attack weapon. Is it useful? As a newbie, if you really want to do this, either report a training course, or you will find an internship for the company to train you.
