Use Excel to replace a feature to bulk enter hard to lose characters

Sometimes I have to enter a special symbol (such as "Φ") multiple times in a table, and it is very troublesome to switch the soft keyboard every time. We can use the replacement method to speed up the input:

First enter a letter (such as "Z") where you want to enter a special symbol. When the entire entry is complete, press the "Ctrl+h" key combination (or perform the edit → replace command), open the Find and Replace dialog box (figure), and enter the letter "Z" in "Find what" in the "Replace with" Enter the special symbol "Φ" and press the "Replace All" button on the line.
