Use gimp to draw lines, rectangles, circles, etc.

I never knew how to draw straight lines, rectangles, and circles in gimp. Today I finally figured it out. It turned out to be so simple and powerful.
Previously, in windows, the built-in "drawing tool" was used. In Linux, although kolourpaint is comparable to that in Windows (similar interfaces and more functions than ms ), however, I cannot install the kolourpaint version that can process Chinese Characters in Ubuntu. Think about it. As a Chinese user, I cannot enter Chinese characters. Although gimp is used to process these basic images, it is a basic effort to learn about gimp. Well, let's talk about how to do it!
1. Press Ctrl + n to create a new 640xlarge blank image, press "N", select the "pencil" tool, and click "Left click" at the starting point of the line, that is to say, draw a starting point, and hold down the Shift key at the end point (now you see a straight line), then click it with the left mouse button, OK, our straight line is complete (see if it is like the ^-^ drawn by a ruler)

Ii. Draw a rectangle:
Press "R" and use the rectangle selection tool to draw a rectangle selection box on the canvas. In this case, the box is still virtual. Our job is to change it to a real solid rectangle.
Click "edit"-> "sketch selection..." in the menu bar ...". Select "sketch line". Set the line width by yourself. Click "sketch ". OK. The rectangle is displayed.
