In the same time as. NET Framework 4 sdk, the intermediate language recompilation tool (ildasm.exe) can load any. Net assembly and analyze its content, including the associated list, pencil code, and type metadata.

Ildasm.exe is installed in the c: \ Program Files \ microsoft sdks \ windows \ v7.0a \ bindirectory (if this directory does not contain ildasm.exe, you can search by the file name ).

Note: Open the Visual Studio command prompt, and enter “ildasm(( to run ildasm.exe conveniently.

 

After running this tool, open the file-Open menu command and select an assembly you want to browse.
