1. What is the Il discycler tool?

It is a decompilation tool provided by Microsoft. The Decompilation software is mainly used to facilitate my understanding.ProgramIt looks quite thorough.

2. How to Use the Il disassembler tool?

The tool is automatically installed on my computer after the SDK is installed.
