Where do you usually save a document from a co-worker, or do you put it all on the desktop or in the Collation folder based on the contents of the document? I believe most people will choose the first one. Saving the document to the desktop is convenient, but for a long time, the files on the desktop will be more and more, if not diligent collation, waiting to find a document when it is difficult. It's a good habit to file files at any time, that is, when you open a layer of access folder, so many people feel trouble. In fact, in Win7, you don't need to go to the folder, you can quickly open the document from the taskbar.
We have a feature in the previous Windows operating system, "document" In the Start menu, and recently opened documents are listed here. This function has been enhanced in the Win7.
First, you need to lock the common document editors, such as Word, Excel, into the taskbar.
To lock a program into the taskbar
Right-click the program icon in the taskbar, it will pop up a "Jump List", listing the most recently opened documents, click to start the program directly and open the document, is not very fast?
Quickly open a document from a Jump List
If some documents are often needed, click the Pushpin button to the right of the document in the list to fix it at the top of the Jump List.
Set the common document headspace
To cancel headspace, simply click the Pushpin button on the right side of the document again.
The
Jump List feature is available in all versions of Win7, but Win7 's taskbar is far more than simple, and the aero effects of desktop transparency, window previews, and so on are very popular with users. To turn on the aero effect, however, you must upgrade to the Win7 home advanced version or later.
