No-touch integration should be the easiest way to integrate Silverlight into a SharePoint site.

Here you use the simple Silverlight application created in Dave Lavigne blog (http://franksworld.com/blog/archive/2009/10/07/11739.aspx.).

1. Navigate to his blog and copy the code.

<iframe
src= "http://www.franksworld.com/silverlight/meeting/"
frameborder= "0" style= "WIDTH:512PX; height:299px;
border:0px "></iframe>

2. At your site, click the site operation--Edit the page.

3. Add Web Parts-media and content categories.

4. Select the Content editor to add.

5. Edit the Web Part and click "Click here to add new content".

6. Click Edit HTML Source.

7. Paste the above code. Click OK. View the page.
