IsObject function

Returns a Boolean value that indicates whether the expression refers to a valid Automation object.

IsObject(expression)

The expression parameter can be any expression.

Description

isobject returns Trueif expression is an object subtype variable or user-defined object, otherwise the function returns False.

The following example uses the IsObject function to determine whether an identifier represents an object variable:
