Virtualbox-Shared Folders

To add a shared folder to a virtual machine-such as/home/user/download on a host-I want to share the download folder with the virtual machine.

Steps:
1, in the virtual machine to find a mount directory, such as/MNT/D, do not create a new directory convenient to hang up later.
2. Set up shared folders. Path: Virtual machine-devices-shared folders
3. Mount in the virtual machine terminal after sharing:

sudo Mount Download /mnt/d

Download is the directory to be shared in the host. Write only the directory name, do not write the path, otherwise this hint appears:/sbin/mount.vboxsf:mounting failed with the error:protocol error;
/mnt/d is the directory that is mounted in the virtual machine, note that the directory does not have the same name as the directory that the host is sharing, otherwise this hint:/sbin/mount.vboxsf:mounting failed with the error: Protocol error;
