Disadvantages:

 

· Weak Basic knowledge ,. During the interview, I talked about a lot of poor programming basics, such as knowledge about Java container classes and data structures. When I used to study it, I tried it for a while.

 

· Narrow knowledge. It is only applicable to j2se and Java Web. Be familiar with only one Struts framework. More J2EE knowledge (such as EJB and JMS) and modes. And some programming ideas. I do not know much about principles, languages, and various application servers, and database performance optimization.

 

· Poor expression ability, not better display of yourself. Many things won't be better expressed, and the brain's ideas are not clear enough.

 

· Lack of education qualifications will cause a lot of worries and suspicion on the part of employers.

 

 

Improvement:

 

· Regain books and continue to learn basic knowledge, data structures, operating systems, and computer principles. Make up for the hasty situation that has caused a lack of knowledge during the training period. Consider creating a new category on the blog to store the relevant content.

 

· Continue to learn more about J2EE, not limited to coding details and specific languages. Go to umlchina and UML software engineering organization. More exploration in analysis and design. Read more advanced topics and learn about performance optimization.

 

· If you have nothing to talk about, you can recite some technical materials and exercise your ability to express yourself. Write more articles to train your thinking skills.

 

· If you do not have a degree, you must constantly find a way to convince employers of their worries. In the past, only the time method was used. Now, the blog tool is more powerful. Be sure to make full use of it.

 

BTW: My friend said I asked for a low salary (RMB), which is a result of unconfidence. It seems to be a disadvantage.
