Slide Loop Playback
This feature helps us to get back to the first page after the PPT has been played to the last page, so that the page will not stay on the last page, it is very blunt.
First, open the PPT that needs to be played, select the Slide Play menu, and click the "Set Show mode" option.
In the Out of the Settings dialog box, select "Show Options" under the "Loop show, press ESC key to terminate" marquee, click OK to set up the slide loop playback mode.
Use multiple templates at the same time
In the production of PPT, we can set up a number of different template styles to enrich the visual effect of PPT.
First, make sure that the PPT view is displayed in normal mode.
Then select the page that you want to apply the template to, single multiple. Then select the Format menu and click on the "Slide Design" option and the Slide design window appears on the right.
In the design window, choose the template you like, click the Drop-down menu to the right of the template, and select Apply to selected slides.
Import ppt into Word
A lot of times we have to want to be in the PPT of the speech template into Word as a text to save or edit, this can only take a few steps to easily complete.
Open the ppt you want to edit, select the File menu, click the Send option, and select Microsoft Office Word.
In the pop-up send to Microsoft Office Word window, select the word mode you want.
Tip: PPT Import Word can also have a variety of forms. For example, if you select a blank line next to a slide, a slide thumbnail with a commented row appears in the exported word.
If you select Use outline only to export, the exported Word document has only pure text to display.
