- We were on the fifth floor last year, and the discipline was always strict, because Mr. Mi often said: Here is a disciplined group, and everyone here must abide by it. If you sign in at the point, you will be late for the future, and you will be self-reviewed. If the case is serious, you will leave the higher education class. We cherish this opportunity. Many people will not go back at noon and will arrive early in the morning, the habit of sleeping late has been abandoned. After a long time, this is the norm. We can also think that we are not late.
- When I was a freshman, I used to access the Internet frequently, but I did not want to go online to find many problems. Later, I took some time to improve my work. I learned how to learn about search engines, common websites, and how to make good use of the network. I basically experienced a process like this: I don't understand the problem, I have never understood-problems I don't understand, problems I want to solve-problems I don't understand, and problems I want to solve on my own, but I don't know how to solve it. If I encounter a problem, I just need to solve it online. The main purpose of the transformation in this process is to stand on the shoulders of giants and find problems to solve. Here, I had to change and gradually realized the awareness of using it.
- Ask the teacher for help before class. If there is no water in the cup, add water in time. How many times have we been emphasized, and how many times have we had the awareness of respecting and caring for others in our daily practices.
In fact, through the above examples, we can hardly find that the formation of consciousness is inseparable from discipline. Discipline is the will of many people. It becomes consciousness to impose the will of many people on us.
But what happened to us now?
On the fourth floor, everything seemed to be so peaceful and the progress was moving slowly. Every day, it seemed that I was just watching the next page with my computer.
- When the computer is turned on at the data center on time, the computer is turned off when you go back, and there is little time to leave your seat during this period. It is no wonder that there are any hidden problems. The data center seems to be a DreamWorks, then you can complete your tasks in your workshop.
- I am gradually familiar with the advanced class system, but the direct consequence is that the more familiar the system, the less dignified it is. A sentence from the former shift leader: if nothing is done, withdraw from the advanced class. Every time such a command is completed, no matter how difficult it is to do. Nowadays, when cleaning is done, people generally cannot afford to gather, and sometimes there are many complaints about restarting. Discipline is familiar to us, but should not be neglected.
- Everyone pays too much attention to their project progress, is meticulous in their learning, and is indifferent to the large and small data center affairs. Although we have always stressed the importance of the collective, we are in the collective, and cannot feel the cohesion. We usually need to find a reason to better accept a notification, so that the execution will be better.
- The sense of responsibility is actually related to the closeness to an environment. At home or in our own room, we will make good arrangements. We have to solve any problems as soon as possible. Our performance in the data center is often unsatisfactory. We take measures only after being proposed by teachers or senior siblings. Obviously, we feel different about it.
On the battlefield, why is the relationship between teammates very close and the group always at the top? Only a group of comrades can survive. The principle of upgrading to a higher level is exactly the same: only when we are in this group can we develop ourselves !!
We were so comfortable that we didn't realize how difficult it was to use this place on the fourth floor. Maybe the pressure on our teachers surged and where would our collective go, what kind of environment will we learn, or whether we are still in this group .. We didn't fully integrate our hearts with the environment here. Although this is a melting pot, we don't need to gather together and work together. The steel produced by refining may not have our own.
We are a large group and sincerely hope to become a family of solidarity and responsibilities, rather than an empty saying.
