Reason Analysis:

Because of the use of some optimization software, the Diagnostic Policy Service for the Windows 7 system is disabled, prompting the diagnostics policy service not to run when using the diagnostic policy service, causing the Windows 7 system to not automatically detect system errors.

Solution:

If you want to re-enable the diagnostic Policy Service, you can use the following methods:
