The core idea of lean entrepreneurship is to first invest in a simple prototype product in the market, and then quickly iterate and optimize the product through continuous learning and valuable user feedback, in order to adapt to the market.

The three main tools mentioned by lean startup are: "minimum availability", "customer feedback", and "Fast iteration ". Minimal availability-it refers to the simplest way to develop the creativity of entrepreneurs or new products. It may be a product interface or an embryo prototype that can be operated interactively. Its benefits are that it can be intuitively perceived by customers and can stimulate customers' opinions. Generally, the minimum availability product has four features: Project creativity, ability to test and demonstrate, minimal functionality, minimum development cost, or even zero cost. Customer Feedback refers to obtaining opinions on the product from the End User directly or indirectly. Learn key information through customer feedback channels, including: the customer's overall feeling about the product, the features that the customer does not like/does not need, the new features that the customer thinks need to be added, and the implementation methods that the customer thinks certain feature points should be changed; the methods for obtaining customer feedback are on-site use and on-site observation. For lean entrepreneurs, all activities are centered on customers, and all decision-making powers in product development are handed over to users. Therefore, if there is not enough customer feedback, it cannot be called lean entrepreneurship. Fast iteration-adjusts customer feedback as quickly as possible and integrates them into new versions. In the Internet era, speed is more important than quality, and customer needs are rapidly changing. Therefore, we do not want to satisfy customers' needs at once, but constantly improve the functionality of our products through iteration.
