Fault symptom:
Sound horn icon hitting, sound card no sound, how to solve?
Solution:
1. Check whether the sound card of the Device Manager is forbidden. If not, check whether the device has an exclamation mark or question mark, as shown in the figure:
2. If the driver is not displayed properly, you need to install the driver, Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus. The driver depends on the hardware ID to determine which vendor's Device driver to install, for example, right-click the first device and select Properties, click details, and select the hardware ID:
This device needs to install the high-definition audio driver in the AMD graphics card driver. In this case, the graphics card driver needs to be decompressed, then, right-click the device and choose Update Driver from the shortcut menu, and manually specify to install the driver;
Right-click the second device and choose Properties from the shortcut menu. Click details and click the hardware ID to view the device as follows:
If this device is a realtek device, you need to install the sound card driver;
3. If an error occurs while installing the AMD high definition audio driver, the system prompts that the data is invalid, as shown in the figure:
4. Reinstall the motherboard driver and manually install the high definition audio driver in the AMD graphics card;
5. Check that the Windows Audio Service is enabled. Then, check that the Device Install Service is stopped. Click "Start" to enable the Service and the sound card driver of the Device Manager is displayed as normal, the sound card works normally, as shown in the figure:
