Win7 Connect u disk appears IO device error how to solve?

1, first the right mouse click on the desktop computer, in the pop-up menu bar options to select "Management."

2, into the "Computer Management", and then open the window to click "Disk Management" to expand it.

3, then find a U disk letter, right click on the U disk, select "Change Drive name and path" in the pop-up window click the "Change" button.

4, click "Assign the following drive letter (a)", and then through the right "pull-down menu" to reassign a disk letter, and finally click the "OK" button.
