On the Start menu, open Control Panel, and then navigate to: Control Panel Network and Internet network and Sharing Center advanced sharing settings

Take this step and see if your share has succeeded. If not, continue to troubleshoot the following questions:

See if your file sharing settings are set correctly: Right-click the folder you want to share, select: Share--homegroup. Then all the way to click on the {share} on it.

　　

Then right click on the folder and choose Properties

Under Sharing options, click "Advanced Sharing"

Check "Share this folder" and click the OK button. This step is to determine if your shared settings are correct.

Next we modify the permissions, under the security option, click "Edit"

Enter everyone and click "Check Name", then click OK button.

Return to the Edit permission interface, select Everyone this user group, and then set permissions for Read and execute, do not set too many permissions, otherwise it will cause security risks to your computer.

In the Windows Firewall panel, click "Allow programs or features through Windows Firewall" above the navigation bar
