Win7 System open Local Connection property Prompt "Partial controls are disabled" what to do

Cause of failure: because one or more property pages are already open, some controls on this property page are disabled and want to use these controls, close all property pages first, and then reopen the property page.

Workaround:

1, click on the "Computer" icon right button, open the "management" option;

2, choose "Service and Application"---"service";

3, find "Application experience" this service, click the right button, open "Properties";

4, find "Startup type" changed to "Automatic", "service status" changed to "Enabled", and then apply---OK.

You can easily open the local Area Connection properties after you set the above methods, and the Win7 restart is largely due to disabling the application experience service.
