1, open the network and Sharing Center, and then go to "Change adapter settings";

2, right click on "Ethernet" and click "Properties" (Ethernet is your network card used, if you use wireless, please choose Wireless card);

2, then select Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPV4), and double-click;

3, in the Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPV4) Properties window, check "Use the following DNS server address";

4, then in "Preferred DNS server" input 4.2.2.2 (8.8.8.8 also try), at the back point to determine;

5, after the setup, reconnect to the network, and then download the update again.
