Reason Analysis:
The shutdown action of the Win8.1 system is performed by default to deep sleep, instead of a full shutdown, the "Play Windows Startup Sound" setting is checked, the "Enable Quick Start" feature is not canceled, so the computer performs a wake from the deep sleep, not a shutdown reboot, so the startup sound cannot be heard.
Solution:
1, in the System desktop, left click on the lower right corner of the system with the "Battery" icon, the following interface, select more "Power Options";
2, pop-up "Power Options" interface, as shown in the following figure, click "Select the function of the power button";
3, in the pop-up interface, found that some of the options can not be changed, first click "Change currently unavailable settings";
4, in the following interface, the previously unavailable options can be changed, you can see the "Enable Quick Launch (recommended)" option (the system is open by default), please uncheck "Enable fast start", and "save changes."
Win8.1 system By default is a quick start, and there is no real more than a thorough shutdown or power-on, so the user every time in the boot into the system is only in the sleep state of a wake-up, not really boot.
