win8.1 cannot access the default share (d$) processing method

LAN access win8.1, establish ipc$ connection is successful, but cannot access d$ default share, prompting "system error 5 denied access"

Workaround:

Open user Account Control, security options, local policies, local security policy, administrative tools--run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode, enabled by default, and disabled instead. Then restart the computer and use the net using \\IP\d$ */user:xxx command to access it.
