1. Download the Windows version of Memache.exe. zip package. I downloaded the memcached-1.2.6-win32-bin.zip.

3. Go to the command line to switch to the directory below, you can use Dir to look at the file information under the directory.
4. Enter: memached.exe-d install the server.
5. Enter: memached.exe-d start the server and wait until the next time the system is started, the service will start automatically. The default port number is 11211.
6. To download Php_memache.dll to the PHP directory in the EXT subdirectory, in order to make normal use, it is best to download and PHP version of the same module package.
