Word2007 How to set the number of lines to print a document

First step:

Open the document you want to print, click Office Button at the top of the word software, and in the Drop-down menu that pops up, select Print Preview in the Print option.

Step Two:

At this point the document will appear a print preview of the effect chart, we in the Page Setup area, open the Page Setup dialog box;

Step Three:

You jump out of the Page Setup dialog box, click the Document Grid tab, type the number of rows you want to set in the per page space after the number of rows area, and then click OK when you type 40 in the small series.

Fourth Step:

When you're done, go back to print preview and select the "Turn off Print Preview" option on the top of the Ribbon.
