Inserting AutoShapes in a Word 2007 document can give your document a more vivid performance. And to easily play the various styles of these graphics, or will be quite a lot of trouble, the following several techniques, will make your document design more than twice.
1. Select multiple objects
If you insert more than one AutoShape in your document, especially when you overlap the position, it's a bit troublesome to select the object at the bottom or to select multiple objects at different levels. However, we can use the "Select multiple Objects" command to accomplish this task. By default, the Select multiple Objects command is not in the ribbon and requires us to add it manually.
Click the triangle on the right side of the "Customize Quick Access Toolbar" and click "Other Commands" in the pop-up list to open the Word Options dialog box. Automatically select the custom item in the list on the left. In the middle, select commands not in the Ribbon from the Select commands from the following location and select multiple objects in the command list below and click the Add button to add it to the Quick Access Toolbar, as shown in Figure 1.

Later, when we click the "Select multiple Objects" button in the Quick Access Toolbar, you can open the Select Multiple Objects dialog box and select the object you want to select from the list, as shown in Figure 2.

2, micro-shift AutoShape Object
If you use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move AutoShapes, it is often difficult to achieve precise movement. You can only hold down the CTRL key and move with the direction key to achieve the micro-shift effect. Would it be possible to move precisely without the CTRL key? Of course it's OK.
First select an AutoShape, and then click the Align button in the Format tab, under the new drawing tools item in the Ribbon, and click Grid Settings in the pop-up menu to open the Drawing Grid dialog box in the chart. Set the number after horizontal spacing and vertical spacing to 0.01. Then make sure the "Snap objects to Grid" option below is selected, as shown in Figure 3. If you click the "Default" button below, the new document will not need to be reset.

3. Add callout to AutoShape
Sometimes we need to add annotations to the inserted AutoShape, and in some cases we have to skew the callout text appropriately, as shown in Figure 4. So how do you make text italic in Word 2007?

This is going to use the WordArt. Click the WordArt button in the Text feature group on the Ribbon Insert tab, select the first WordArt in the pop-up list, and then edit the text in the Open dialog box, and then insert the WordArt. Select the edited WordArt, and then position the mouse to rotate the appropriate angle to the green dot above the WordArt and drag it to the appropriate location.
If WordArt is not allowed to rotate and drag at this point, you can select the WordArt click on the Format tab of the Ribbon toolbar, "Arrange" feature Group text Wrapping button, and in the pop-up list, change "inline" to "above text" or "below text".
