the title steps for making a standard format are as follows:
Step one: Start Word2013, create a new document, and enter content in the document, as shown in the following figure.
Step two: On the View tab, click Outline View in the view group.
Step three: Position the cursor to a row, and then click to select a heading level (as shown in the following illustration).
Step four: When you are finished setting, click Close Outline view to return to Page view.
