Meaning of the revision
Revision refers to the modification and binding of documents, books, manuscripts, charts, etc. Tracked changes in Word are markers that display the location of a document that you have made such as deletions, inserts, or other editing changes.
How to use Revisions
① We start Word, open the document that needs to be revised, click menu Bar--"review"--"revise" and click the Red Box Marker button in the image below.
② at this time the revision options interface, we can customize the settings need to display the content, comments, ink, pictures, formatting, etc., for more settings, click Advanced Options.
③ in the advanced options to revise the interface, set the color, unit of measure, and so on, different content to modify the use of different colors, more conducive to students to view.
④ set to complete, into the revision status, such as the first paragraph with a text description, direct input can be entered after the text you just set the color.
⑤ for the text that needs to be deleted, we can click two consecutive backspace buttons, then the text before the cursor is added strikethrough, and the color is different from the original.
⑥ then enter what needs to be changed, so that the student can immediately understand the teacher's intentions after reading it.
When the ⑦ revision is complete, click menu Bar-review-accept, either accept this change or accept all revisions. After the revision is complete, the document is saved, and the tracked changes do not disappear.
