WPS demonstrates two ways to make a PPT timer
1, ready a flash timing animation, open the ppt file, and then click the "Master/Slide Master" command under the View menu.
2, go to slide master view, and then click the "Flash ..." command under the Insert menu.
3, in the pop-up "Insert Flash Animation" dialog box to find the animation you want to embed, click the Open button to insert the animation (the last available to download these timer Flash animation).
4, select the inserted Flash animation, move the mouse around the control point on the left button drag, adjust the animation size and drag it onto the upper right corner of the slide, close the slide master view.
5, press the F5 key to show the presentation, you can use the embedded Flash animation to master teaching time.
Implementing a PPT timer by inserting a header footer
1. After you hit the course file, go to the slide master view, and then click Header and Footer under the View menu.
2. In the Header and Footer dialog box that pops up, check the "Date and Time" option, select the "Automatic Updates" option, click the Drop-down arrow to the right of the text box below the option, and select "8:40" in the pop-up Drop-down list.
3, click the "Apply All" button to close the dialog box, select the < date/time > text box in the lower-left corner of the master, and then drag and drop it to the upper-right corner of the slide, adjusting the font, font size, text color, and setting the text alignment to right.
4, exit the slide master view, press the F5 key to show the presentation, you can through the slide in the upper right corner of the time to grasp the progress of teaching.
