We often need to edit the table in WPS text. Sometimes, you need to enter more content in a cell, but you can not arbitrarily increase the column or row height of the cell, it is not appropriate to arbitrarily adjust the small size. I have encountered such a problem, when there is a "one millimeter baffled hero Han" feeling. I am not a hero Han, we can not let this one millimeter in vain to baffle us. After some exploration, we have a way to enlarge the cell. It's not hard, it's just three steps.
Figure 1
As shown in the leftmost table in Figure 1, we need to enter the text in the cell, "WPS Jinshan form Jinshan Demo". The font is Arial, fourth, cell Grekon and row height are fixed to 20 mm, cell alignment is the left end of the top alignment. As shown in the figure, such requirements, the cell can only display "WPS Jinshan text", only two lines appear, and each row can only display three characters.
I. Adjustment of the paragraph to enlarge
Select the text in the cell, click the menu command "format → paragraph", in the Open Paragraph dialog box, click on the Indent and Spacing tab, and cancel the select status of the "align with grid if the document grid is defined" option, as shown in Figure 2.
Figure 2
After such processing, you can see that the text can be displayed from two lines into three lines, has been able to show the "WPS Jinshan table".
Second, adjust the spacing of characters to enlarge
Then select the cell text, click menu command "format → font", in the Open Font dialog box, click the Character Spacing dialog box, click the Drop-down list to the right of spacing, select Crunch, and then type "0.5" in the Value input box on the right, as shown in Figure 3.
Figure 3
After the completion of a look at the effect, can be shown by the "WPS Jinshan text Jinshan form Jinshan", each line into four words. The effect is obvious, right?
Third, adjust the cell margin to enlarge
Now only "demo" Two words do not show up. But there's another way to do that is to adjust the cell margins. Position the mouse over the cell, right-click, and click the "Table Properties" command in the pop-up menu. Open the Cell Cell dialog box by clicking the Cells tab in the Open Table Properties dialog box, and then clicking the Options button at the bottom right of the tab. Uncheck the "Same as whole table" check box, and then adjust the value below to "0" (Tough Enough?), as shown in Figure 4.
Figure 4
See the effect after the completion, not only all the words are displayed, but also seems to have a Chinese character empty.
If you're having a problem like this, try the three strokes above.
