Xamarin. forms uwp app is deployed on mobile devices of mobile phones for testing, real machine debugging (device portal deployment), xamarin. formsuwp
I recently learned xamarin. There is a lumia 930 in your hand, so try to deploy the uwp app on your mobile phone and debug it on a real machine.
Current Environment:
1. The development pc is win10, version 1607. Added insider, so the version is relatively high.
2. The mobile phone is lumia 930. Version 1511. The mobile phone is not added to the insider, so it is a stable version and is relatively low. (The system version must be win10 1511 or later for device-portal deployment)
3. pc and phone are in the same LAN
4. The app is the demo program used to create the xamarin project in vs2015 update3.
Steps:
1. Configure the mobile device-portal Function
1. Enable developer mode on mobile phones
. Enable the device-portal and enable device discovery.
1.2. Enable the wifi address displayed in on the pc. 3.
1.3. Click the "discover pairing" button on the mobile phone to bring up a 6-digit pin code and enter it on the page to complete pairing. You can see Figure 4

Figure 4
After pairing, you can install our app.
Install the app:
1. Right-click an app project and choose app Store to create an app package.
Basically, it's just one step next.
After the output address is generated, remember to return to the page in Figure 4.
Install app select the installation package we just generated. Note that. By default, the. appx file is selected.
The generate is roughly like this, so select all files in this place, and then select *. appxbundle.
Then select the dependency file, that is, the dependency file. Select the dependent files on the arm platform on your mobile phone.
After the selection is complete, GO!
Then you can see
Waiting for installation to complete v
You can go back to your phone and see that the app has been installed. You can test the app. FPCL. WIndows
After running.
Debugging is simple. usb phones are plugged into the computer, and important phones must be unlocked.
Select arm for architecture, and select device for debugging and startup. Then you can run it.
Of course, the first debugging will take a while here, and several packages need to be installed and debugged. Wait. Don't worry.
