XP cannot shut down

Test by yourself: the setting at is successful.
1. Click "Start> Settings> Control Panel> power options> advanced power management". If your machine supports advanced power management, select "enable advanced power management support ";
2. Click Start, Run regedit, find powerdownaftershutdown in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ WindowsNT \ CurrentVersion \ Winlogon, and set the value to 1;
3. Restart the instance.
NOTE: If your machine does not support advanced power management, it is unfortunate that you have to manually cut off the power when the system is turned off and shows "you can safely shut down now.
