XP Logon mode and three-second shutdown

If XP does not use the welcome screen logon mode, the task manager does not have a shutdown menu.

Dizzy. How can the two be connected.

I believe many people know the three-second shutdown method-that is, the shutdown menu in the task manager is clicked to shut down while holding down the keyboard CTRL and waiting for shutdown, this process can be up to three seconds (also applicable to the shutdown process of restart). To use this method, the shutdown menu must appear in the task manager, that is, the 'Welcome screen' logon mode is required.
