- The growth of the Team is based on the sense of responsibility of each person. A common career requires everyone's full commitment.
- In special cases, do not forget "Exploration, proposal, action, and confirmation". This is a pointer to the best route. No matter how busy it is, you must grasp the essence and give a reasonable solution.
- We need to fully trust the team and make it focus on solving problems. Excessive intervention will seriously affect the Team's work efficiency and confidence.
- Make sure to summarize and provide feedback, and do not reproduce errors.
- It doesn't matter if you lose a list, but it is the most painful to lose confidence in the team because you do not recognize the team system. In any case, you cannot lose one person.
- At each stage, you may encounter different problems, but you may develop at an advanced level.
- There is no problem with the team. We need continuous improvement so that we can do better.
