Toshiba released a flat-panel TV set on Wednesday to convert any digital video into a 3D video.
Scott Ramirez, vice president of marketing at Toshiba, told a press conference on the eve of the Consumer Electronics exhibition in Las Vegas that using cell TV, everything is 3D. All of your home video games will be 3D.

Toshiba's cell TV uses a microprocessor for high-end computers and high-end video game consoles. Toshiba officials refer to the TV set as a future TV. Ramirez said that we are finally ready for the transformation in the past 10 years.
Cell TV technology can upgrade digital video content and even add pixels to improve the image quality of online videos generated by users. Cell TVs can feel indoor lighting and adjust the screen quality accordingly.
Cell TVs can be synchronized with any online video channel and are configured with built-in cameras, microphones, and software for Internet video calls.
Ramirez said that 3D and enhanced internet connection technologies will be used in Toshiba cell TVs this year and will eventually become popular in Toshiba's other TV lines.
