1. Add user "Network Service" and "iis_iusers" read and write access to the following directory

A) C:\Windows\Temp

b) C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP. NET Files

2, in C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319

Aspnet_regiis.exe-i

3. Restart IIS

Iisreset/retart

If that doesn't work, reload IIS and the framework, then perform the above steps
