, Phpinfo no Apache2handler

Want to set Apache pseudo-static, but Pnpinfo found no apache2handler this column, see Loaded Modules, this should be how to solve? My phpinfo:http://52hobby.com/test/phpinfo.php.

Apache2handler only when PHP is running in module mode on Apache.
Although you are Apache, PHP is running the cgi/fastcgi

That how pseudo static, look on the internet to do well annotation that sentence and all. It's still not working. I'm local but I can.
