64-bit Ubuntu11.04 Method for installing PPS

1. Install the PPS dependency package sudoapt-getinstalllibqt4-corelibqt4-dbuslibqt4-guilibqt4-networklibqt4-webkitlibqt4-xmllibfuse2mplayer2. Install lib32qtwebkit4_2.0.0 ~ 0Ubuntu1-2_amd64.deb first go to the following address to download the installation package, or see the link at the end of this article.

1. Install the PPS dependency package

Sudo apt-get install libqt4-core libqt4-dbus libqt4-gui libqt4-network libqt4-webkit libfuse2 mplayer

2. Install lib32qtwebkit4_2.0.0 ~ 0Ubuntu1-2_amd64.deb

First download the installation package at the following address, or see the link at the end of this article.

Https://launchpad.net /~ Cnav/+ archive/ppa/+ build/2040892

Run the installation command

Sudo dpkg-I lib32qtwebkit4_2.0.0 ~ 0ubuntu1-2_amd64.deb

Note: If the error message "trying to overwrite '/usr/lib32/libQtWebKit. so.4.7'" appears during installation, refer to the following for overwrite.

Sudo dpkg-I -- force-overwrite/usr/lib32/libQtWebKit. so * lib32qtwebkit4_2.0.0 ~ 0ubuntu1-2_amd64.deb

3. Install the PPS 64-bit installation package

Download the installation package. See the link at the end of this article.

Run the installation command

Sudo dpkg-I ppstream_1.0.0-3_amd64.deb

4. If there is no sound after the PPS is executed, the solution is as follows.

Open PPS, select Tools, select options, and select audio devices.

Change the default OSS to ALSA and restart PPS.
