1. Use little state and does no depend on flows ( try not to stateless, each packet compression is not related to flow )

2.Common values for headers fields and compact forms (ignoring the same parts in each header)

version is always 6;

Traffic Class and Flow lable are zero;

Payload Length always derived from L2 header; (You can get the packet size from Layer 2)

Sortce and Destionation Addrs is link-local and derived from L2 Addrs; (src addr and dest addr respectively have bits, which is a huge compression space.) The link-local address is used when booting, that is, FE80::. IPV6 = Prcfix + iid,iid can be from L2 MAC address)
