Install MySQL in Ubuntu 10.10 with the word "simple"

1. Open the Software Center

2. Search for "mysql"

3. Install MySQL Server, MySQL Client, and MySQL Administrator.

When installing MySQL Server, you will be prompted to set a password for the "root" user.

4. After installation, start MySQL Administrator from the menu.

Server Hostname: localhost

Username: root

Password: the Password you set when installing MySQL

5. Click Connect to install MySQL.
