A glimpse into the workplace

It is difficult to find a job, and it is more difficult to find a satisfactory job, whether it is a bachelor's degree or a Master's degree. In my opinion, it is not very difficult to find a job. The treatment is not satisfactory, the work environment is not satisfactory, and the leadership is not satisfied. If you look for a job, you don't need to talk about it. After all, the situation is different for everyone.

What I feel when I first enter the workplace:

1. Take the initiative in everything. Don't always wait for your leaders to communicate with you. The leaders or leaders also have their own jobs. Every time they do this, they will leave the impression that you are not good at communication and lack of communication skills. If you encounter problems, do not take it for granted that your understanding of a specific detail is correct. It is best to communicate with the leaders to confirm it.

2. Don't worry too much about the salary of your first job. After all, you are still young. As long as you feel that there is something worth learning in this company or organization, you have room for improvement, and your salary can satisfy your daily expenses, you should not easily change jobs.

3. Do not change jobs easily, especially when the work time is not long. Otherwise, the next job may be affected.

4. Exercise the ability to allocate time slowly. At work, you will find that one day's effective work is not long, and most of the time is nosy or useless. Master the time and improve work efficiency.

5. exercise when you have time. The body is the capital of the revolution. If the cost is not enough, it will be unhealthy to make more money.

6. Learn to live independently. When you come to a strange city and contact strangers, you must exercise your independent life abilities.

7. Handle your emotional life properly and do not affect your work. A long-distance relationship is not fruitless, but requires careful management.

8. Learn more, read more, and eat less snacks. It's okay to play less mobile phones and play less games. I know more about the relevant knowledge, but I believe it will always be used in the future. When books are used, they hate less.

9. Don't look down on department assistants, financial personnel, etc. People think that the work they do is easy to get the same salary as their own. In fact, you really want to assign you to their positions, and you may not be able to do it. Specialized in the industry.

10. Do not be afraid to scale down and exercise your communication skills.
