A small script problem-general Linux technology-Linux programming and kernel information. The following is a detailed description. My script framework is as follows:
Ajob
Bjob
Qsub cjob
Djob
The problem is that ajob, bjob, and djob run on their own computers. qsub cjob submits the task to the school cluster for calculation. Requires a long operation.
After calculation, two files are generated. The task of djob is to process these two files.
Therefore, you need to add something between qsub cjob and djob so that the script can run djob after the qsub cjob has finished running and the two files are generated.
